Attorney Kay Doyle spoke at a Citizen Planner Training Collaborative Workshop at the Old Colony Regional Planning Council regarding the implementation of the Humanitarian Medical Use of Marijuana Act passed in November, 2012, the Department of Public Health Regulations that went into effect on May 24, 2013, the latest developments in the application review process at the Department of Public Health, and amending local zoning or general bylaws or ordinances to address medical marijuana-related uses, as well as other local regulation of medical marijuana.
