On Thursday, September 29th, Attorney Lauren Goldberg will speak to the City and Town Clerks about the New Public Records Law about the law’s technical requirements and its implications. Clerks are the default Records Access Officer under the new law, and, unless another RAO is designated by the chief executive officer of the municipality, will be responsible for many aspects of the implementation of the new law.
