Experience

Attorney Megan Bayer’s practice focuses on general municipal law, land use, school law and civil litigation in state and federal court. She is trained in all aspects of general municipal law and assists clients with a variety of issues, including town meetings, municipal charters and by-laws, conflict of interests, public records, the Open Meeting Law, and municipal finance.

Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Bayer clerked for the City of Waltham’s Law Department. During her time at the Law Department she worked on drafting legal opinion letters, litigation matters and real estate matters. She also participated in the Suffolk University Juvenile Justice Center Clinical Program while in law school.
