Experience

Attorney Vicki Marsh has over 25 years of experience representing municipalities and private clients in all aspects of real estate law. She also represents cities and towns on a variety of general municipal law issues, including town meetings, municipal charters and by-laws, conflict of interests, public records, the Open Meeting Law, and municipal finance. Her experience includes drafting, negotiating and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, deeds, leases, easements, licenses, conservation and preservation restrictions, condominium documents, and loan documents. Attorney Marsh also reviews title reports, drafts title certifications and title insurance policies, and conducts real estate closings.

Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Marsh represented private clients and lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions including drafting purchase and sale agreements, deeds, condominium documents and loan documents; prepared closing documents on behalf of lenders for real estate closings and conducted the closings; and reviewed title examinations, and drafted title certifications.
