Practice Areas: General Municipal
Attorney Kristen Green focuses on general municipal law. She assists municipalities on various issues, including municipal charters and by-laws, home rule petitions, elections, public records, the Open Meeting Law, and the Conflict of Interest Law. She has over 13 years of experience in both the public and private sector.
Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Green worked in compliance for corporations focusing on public sector rules and regulations. In addition, previously, she served as an Attorney in the Elections Division in the Massachusetts Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth, as well as General Counsel to the Massachusetts Senate Committee on Post Audit and Oversight.
