Experience
Attorney Ilana Quirk represents select, planning, zoning and health boards, conservation and historic district commissions and building department personnel. She specializes in land use permitting and litigation, including subdivision, zoning, comprehensive permits, public and private way, enforcement and Title V permitting and litigation. Attorney Quirk also advises cities and towns regarding by-laws, regulations, and Town Meeting matters. She conducts municipal law seminars on land use topics.
Attorney Quirk is an active member of her community, having chaired several boards and committees, including the Planning Board, Recreation Committee, and Hazard Mitigation Committee.
