Attorney Thomas P. Lane, Jr. advises clients in all aspects of municipal law, civil litigation, claims handling, insurance coverage matters and administrative agency proceedings. He has over 25 years of litigation experience representing clients before state, federal and appellate courts in both jury and bench trials. Attorney Lane also represents clients in arbitrations and mediations.
Attorney Lane’s practice also includes managing the defense of Massachusetts litigation for a self-insured national car rental corporation. This involves daily interaction on litigation policy, claim evaluation, insurance coverage issues, managing case load and trying cases.
