Attorney Jaclyn McNeely focuses her practice primarily on general municipal and labor and employment law.  Her labor and employment law experience assists the firm’s clients in all facets of labor and employment law, includes drafting and negotiating successor collective bargaining agreements and representing municipalities in labor disputes before the American Arbitration Association, the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations, and the Joint Labor Management Committee.  She also assists clients with a variety of general municipal law issues.

Prior to joining the firm. Attorney McNeely served as an Associate General Counsel for AFSCME Council 93, where she represented the union in proceedings before the American Arbitration Association, the Labor Relations Commission, the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations, the Massachusetts Civil Service Commission, and the New Hampshire Public Employee Labor Relations Board.  She also worked as an Associate Attorney at Doherty, Cella, Keane and Associates, LLP, where she represented individuals in securing social security disability benefits.
