KP Law Attorneys Present at the Central Planner Training Collaborative (CPTC Annual Conference)

On March 19, three KP Law attorneys spoke on a variety of topics at the Central Planner Training Collaborative (CPTC) annual conference in Worcester.  Barbara Saint André discussed issues concerning sign by-laws and ordinances in light of the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision of Reed v. Gilbert, AZ;  Ilana Quirk presented an introduction to subdivision control and ANR plans and participated in a panel that reviewed proposed zoning legislation; and Brian Riley reviewed the Open Meeting, Public Records and Conflict of Interest Laws. The handouts from Attorney Riley’s session are attached for your review.
