Attorney Meryum Khan focuses primarily on general municipal and labor and employment law. She assists the firm’s clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, including representing municipalities in labor disputes, drafting and negotiating successor collective bargaining agreements, and representing municipalities before the American Arbitration Association, the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations, and the Joint Labor Management Committee. She also assists clients with a variety of general municipal law issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Khan served as a staff attorney for the Boston Police Department. In that capacity, Attorney Khan provided legal counsel to the Department and represented the Department in employment-related proceedings including disciplinary hearings, administrative appeals and arbitrations.
