Attorney Joel Bard will present a workshop with State Rep. Steve Kulik on January 12 for the Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG) concerning the new marijuana law. Attorney Bard, an expert in advising about the new law, will talk about local regulation of the personal use and the manufacture, processing and retail sales of marijuana. With Representative Kulik, Attorney Bard will also examine the challenges in implementing the new law, and try to anticipate the issues the General Court may consider during the first few months of the new legislative session.
