On March 1, 2012, Attorney Jeanne McKnight presented the municipal perspective on establishing “rail trails” upon unused MBTA railroad rights of way as part of a panel engaging Needham High School students in planning for the Bay Colony Rail Trail that is proposed to go from Needham Junction through Dover to Medfield.
