On October 29, 2014, Attorney Elizabeth Lane will be at the office of the Old Colony Planning Council to present a seminar entitled “Introduction to the Zoning Act.” This survey of the history and overview of the most important provisions of the Zoning Act, G. L. c. 40A, will provide the basics for new board members, as well as a refresher course for more experienced members of the Zoning Boards of Appeal and other land use boards.
